Enzo plays the drums in the Celeste Project. 
He has been drumming at a very young age already as an accompanist of his father who played accordion. He has worked with internationally known drummers. He has become skilled in the various music movements. As a 15 year old he has already made his contributions to the projects of Ciro Perrino.

        Born in 1962 he shows already at a very young age Interest in music. 

        At the age of six he accompanies his father, who is accordionist, by playing different types of percussion in occasional ensembles at the various village festivals.

        Around the age of thirteen, he begins studying percussion at the School of Ottorini Respighi In Sanremo under the direction of Maestro Alberto Conelli, in which he immerses himself in classical studies and participate in various concerts and demonstrations in the main theatres of the province.

        When he is about 18 years old, he focuses mainly on the study drums at the Centro Profession Musica C.P.M. In Milan led by Walter Calloni, a school where he graduates in an advanced course on drums led by Maestro Christian Meyer, the historical drummer of Helium and the strained stories.

        He participates in several workshops, most in the direction of jazz, which are held by musicians of great international significance including: Peter Erskine, Dave Weckl, Roberto Gatto en Bob Mover.

        During his studies he takes part in many concerts. Because of this he learns to appreciate many styles. The most important projects in which he is currently involved or has been involved in the past are the following.

        Ratamacue Band.

        The most representative rock band from West Liguria, which provides hundreds of live events for about 12 years. Participation in the final phase of the Sanremo Rock in 1999. They have made two CDs with their own songs. They are the organizers of the rock festival, called Rock in Casbah, which has been held in the Pigna district of Sanremo in August for 20 years.

        In Parallel to his experiences in the rock scene, he is also increasingly in touch with jazz music. So he becomes involved in the most qualified projects in his residential area in a short time.

        The Sanremo Jazz Big Band and Quintet, a large orchestra with jazz musicians, founded together with Master Livio Zanellato, looking for cooperation with Gerry Mulligan, Bob Mover and other musicians of international level.

        The Jazz Ambassador Big Band, historical Jazz Orchestra from Imperia, one of the oldest in Italy, with which he has the opportunity to play with musicians as Tony Scott, Bob Mover, Benny Bailey, Dusko Goicovic. In more than 10 years he has been giving mainly concerts in the north of Italy. They also record a CD of unpublished songs titled “Coffee Time”, composed by the conductor Maestro Leo Lagoo, awarded the SIAE Prize at the Jazz Festival of Bordighera in 1999.  

        Red Cat Jazz Band.

        After he stopped with the Jazz Ambassador, he becomes drummer of this formation from Sanremo which plays swing music under the direction of Maestro Freddy Colt. With these musicians many experiences have been gained. From the recognition melodies of the comic television program Zelig of Italy One from the year 2000 to countless shows and concerts all over Italy. He was a permanent member of the orchestra Award for Arraniatori dedicated to Master Pippo Barzizza, which had his pitch in Sanremo under the leadership of Master

        Freddy Colt.

        He records four CDs for the Mellophonium Multimedia. The second CD is completely dedicated to the syncopated dances of the 1920s, 1930s and 40, arranged by Maestro Freddy Colt and well reviewed in the October issue of 2004 of the Jazzit magazine. 

        The third CD consists of Master Demo Bruzzone Composed songs, arranged by Maestro Freddy Colt and recorded in his memory.

        The fourth CD Ligurian Mood Contains songs composed or arranged by Ligurian musicians of all time.

        Recently a small combo has been set up: Red Cat Jazz Combo Playing music for night clubs.

        Bella Epoque Street Parade.

        A band, which plays the Dixieland. With this they play at countless traditional festivals in many Italian cities.

        I am Caliph.

        A formation of musicians from the west of Liguria, which makes Latin Jazz music. He has recorded two CDs and released them by Mellophonium and video radio, with original compositions that have received favourable acclaim and public acclaim.

        Bruti and Boi.

        I am Caliph flows into a project with songs in Ligurian dialect, with which they in 2010 the jury Prize at the famous Folk Festival "Music in the Aie of Faenza" have won. They have just released their first CD titled: Near Primu.

        One to Zero.

        Trio of Brazilian music built around the voice of Chindo Chin from Rio de Janeiro, with songs composed by Brasilian songwriters, which gives you a good overview of many of their best musicians.

        With this trio he recently recorded a CD for the Alfa Music label titled "Ja Pode Acabar" and he has played at many festivals, clubs and theatres throughout Italy and in neighbouring France.

        Great maximum.

        The group led by the saxophonist Andrea De Martini from Sanremo, with which he records two CDs with original jazz compositions. He has also participated in prestigious Italian jazz festivals, including Unojazz, Bravo Jazz, Jazz Sotto Le Stelle, Due Laghi jazz Festival.

        And still artistic director of the Jazz Festival Bravo Jazz which is held in Sanremo every year at the end of July.

        He works much together with other local and not local musicians as with Master Reddy Bobbio with  Master Max from the Prà, with the ex-director of the The Orchestra of the Casino of Sanremo Maestro Sergio Nanni with Ciro Perrino, with whom he made recordings at a very young age on his important albums.

        In the jazz field he collaborates with Michele Draft, Paolo Maffi, Franck Taskini, Riccardo Zegna, Antonio Faraò, Max Gallo, Giampaolo Casati and many others.

        He is a stable factor in the Piccola Orchestra da Camera di Seborga as a drummer and percussionist.

        His a stable component of the orchestra Gef, of the International Festival of creativity in the school, which is held every year in Sanremo and of the Symphony Orchestra of Bordighera under the direction of Master Max dal Prà.
