Biography Ciro Perrino

Born (1950) in Sanremo in Italy.

Started as a drummer and percussionist, he gradually develops into a multi-instrumentalist. 

He focuses on a number of Italian prog-rock bands with other musicians.

An advanced blend consisting of progressive rock and European popular music with light jazz influences.

New Organic Symphonic Mediterranean music on the acoustic, classic side of the musical spectrum.

New musical paths made from an electronic background with artificial rhythm generators.

After this he starts a solo career in which he composes his own music. He records some CD's. His music evolves from the original progrock/space-rock to more new age, ambient and neo-classical.

This process gradually culminates in meditative, soothing and healing music.

The last three recordings PICCOLE ALI NEL VENTO, BACK HOME and MY HOME CONCERT are the wonderful result of his creative musical experiments.
