He starts his career driven by an intuition for rhythm and music with a progressive rock group from his surroundings. At the age of 12 his first live performance in Sanremo with various groups is discussed in a rock review. Then, after a first autodidactic period, he goes to the Center Musicale Contemporaine in Nice to do drum and percussion studies. At the same time he follows a study for harmony orchestra and piano to increase his knowledge.
